What is it with people that cant see that the NHS is not the worlds best ot anywhere near it.
How could it be with the much lower number of beds per capita than loads of.other nations, the lack of equipment etc
The thousands of vacancies surely means they can not give an adequate service dont mine the best in the world.
The fact that they have huge waiting lists for all kinds of procedures etc
The fact that there are pictures of nurses in bin bags and doctors appealing for crowd funding for equipment.
The NHS is totally unsuitable for use and that's a fact.
That does not mean the staff are not fantastic loyal hear working etc but that can.be said of virtually all medical staff everywhere.
I doubt borris will be waiting in line for treatment.

The NHS was once great indeed but after 10 plus years of Tory rule it has gone to the dogs.
Staff shortages, longer and longer waiting lists, staff working all the hours under the sun, a rise in hospital infections due to out sourcing and the list goes on.
As for the staff shortages, they should be encouraging people from the EU to come there to work instead of doing the complete opposite.
Boris and his predecessors Cameron and May have a lot to answer for. If the NHS can barely cope in normal times then how the he'll is it gonna cope with this ?
The staff will never be repaid anywhere near enough for their sacrifice, not only at this time of crisis but in normal times of crisis. A big round of applause last night at 8pm is a nice gesture but will it help them at all ?

I cant stand Boris and I think people will be in for a big shock thinking the finance package is great but it needs to be paid somehow and as usual it will be the ordinary man paying for it when he gets slaughtered for tax after corona has calmed down. Even so I wish him and his pregnant partner all the best health wise
