I don't agree that there isn't grey areas between clients and sex workers, but I do think friendships are rare, so when they do happen are valued highly. Personally I would rather not discuss things like that on the forum, but I guess if it is acceptable for both parties, then it's really up to them and not for others to judge. It certainly doesn't mean either party is indiscreet in other situations, as long as it's been discussed before hand with regards each other.
