First 30 hours :)
Hy everyone
I wanted to share something with all of you here...i've been trying for a while now to quit smocking..tried everything from chewing gum...to patches..nothing worked. But now i think i just got sick of them so i just stopped, yesterday morning...and this morning i felt great ..was so proud of me 
even had my coffeeeeee and didn't felt the need of a cigarette 
...i am amazed what the power of mind can do?
So how was the first day without cigarettes for you?
