There isn't a tick box for reverse oral (with). If you if she is ok with you giving oral and she says yes, don't assume she expects you to do it without. It simply means that ladies are smarter and more health conscious than men, when they do oral only with condom and for a lot of money while men are willing to do it without protection and pay a lot of money on top of it for the privilege.
