Serious question now..... Can one believe in God, but not in religion?

Ah well, if it is all true probably anyone who even thought about seeing an escort is on the express list to a land down under.
They'll be burnt off you when God flips the switch and the trapdoor opens beneath you. Because if god in Heaven exists, it's a safe bet the other place does too.
So, if I appear before God on his heavenly throne and he says "Believe in me now?", I'll be like "Yessir! Hallelujah! Praise You!" etc, followed by a swift drop to the knees and some serious worshipping!
Yep, it's called Deism

I'll tell ya what Banjaxed, if I was summoned before the throne I'd have some questions to ask before I was judged
Eg. "If you are omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient and omnibenevolent how can you allow so much evil? How can you pretend I ever had free-will when you knew every circumstance of my existence from conception to death? What created you? Why did the characters in the biblical cannon get to witness you and your works directly but the rest of us have to rely on hearsay and faith? Is Genesis supposed to be interpreted literally? etc. etc....."
Bada Bing!!!
