good way to check for diffency in calcium is ur nails but not a garuntee
if u get ur std testing in a gp or clinic just tell them when their sending the bloods off to do a full work up
nd check for deffiencies etc
but dont self medicate nd buy supplements such as calcium and iron without doctors telling you too do

and i had to tell to look for a particular thing for me
so i went to james nd got a full work up
and guess what thyroid issues
but if i didnt spell it out wudnt have been found
