I don't think the Gardai are interested in doing anything to be honest.
I had a staff car stolen last year and I had to literally fight with them to get anything done about it.
I've no idea what they do other than make excuses to do nothing

Yea, I heard ye were in and out of The Cop Shop like a fiddlers elbow tormenting them over that aul crock. When one of them actually saw the car he reckoned you should have paid the thief for taking it away.

Not really as long as Escorts keep a low profile as only when lots of complaints start coming in do they start to
Heard of a well known place hit by the Filth not that long ago and a well known escort convicted for running the gaff.
I suppose escorts can be unlucky and if you get neighbours complaining about noise and dreadful parking etc the Filth will get off their arses and look into it but overall i dont think they care.

Same as that a drunken junkie just released from prison kicked in an office door near me after 3 calls they came down and didn’t even arrest him.
Never heard a thing after , my experience with them is they have no interest

They do what they're told by their superiors . They've no interest in targeting independent ladies who work on their own .

    I've plenty of Garda friends.

The morale is very low, when they bring scumbags to court they are let away with virtually everything. A lot of cops feel.there is zero point in wasting their own time to see these scumbags walk and have just switched off and are merely waiting to collect their pension after 30 years service.

Yes there are asshole coppers also, but ideally our anger should first be directed at judges who don't punish criminals and politicians who don't ensure the law is on the side of the law abiding community and penalties for criminals are harsh.

I wonder if there is pressure on the judges not to put /keep these people in prison due to lack of space and resources ? Are taxpayers prepared to take the burden here and pay for expansion of the prison system ?
