Phone first , you'll be unlikely to get a response to a pm if you don't have any reviews. Advertisers have to deal with too many time wasters.

In your case it would be better if you give us text message or call and mention there what we are asking in our advert.

I had this same issue when first reaching out. I figured if it was noted "very responsive to PM" on the profile then that must be a good method for booking... it's not. Like Bean points out below, phone/text/WhatsApp is much more likely to get a response. A simple "Good afternoon, I was looking to see if you would be available for a 1hr meeting this evening" or similar should get a response. Maybe add a little of what you'd like (GFE, PSE, etc) without getting too explicit, it doesn't need to be overly complex or wordy (and that's coming from me). Also, If you throw out a few messages and get multiple replies, be courteous and let the girls that your not going to see know that you've already booked elsewhere, they will be happier to hear that than feel like they were wasting their time with you (and it will work out better for you in the end). Read the advert. 80% of the girls tell you how they prefer to be contacted. Very a few girls accept bookings through PM or read them. Call or text. Simple.
