Painkiller is a decent watch, not sure if youve seen Dopesick?
Similar in that it focuses on peoples stories of the Opiod crisis in the US and the family behind the pushing of oxycontin.
Really shocking but very interesting, havent watched the Furys yet!

Just finished Painkiller and it was good. Saw an episode of that fury crap in soneones house yesterday and couldn't be doing with listening to the loud mouth. Any reality tv programme puts my blood pressure up and this is just another one to add to the list of shite to avoid

100% agree. painkiller is the Netflix attempt at the Disney+ production Dopesick. Painkiller is pretty much the “wish” version of Dopesick.
If you haven’t seen Dopesick you might enjoy it but otherwise Avoid.

I loved "Dopesick" it really opened my eyes to the neglectful role of pharmaceutical companies, I have an I interest in addiction related topics because I think theres an epidemic in this country also, alcohol, cocaine and benzos but its swept under the carpet and I think addicts are looked down on instead of helped, like in most European countries there are detox centres where addicts wanting to stop can go to.

The notion that addicts are only the ones sitting on the streets is bull, plenty of families across the country struggling with a family member in addiction.

I dont might d the heavy stuff from time to time but I'm a brat for d reality shows too, though I try to keep that to myself ha ha!
