I assumed he was banned because I tried to send him a PM (in respect of his review) but his EI id was not confirmed by the system.

Maybe he has blocked me. Not sure if the PM system would it tell me if he blocked me.

I was incorrect - HE IS NOT BANNED

My problem was typing in his EI id - It was not confirmed by the PM system - However I finally found a post that he had thanked. Clicked on his EI id & chose the option to send a PM.

I was wrong again in that his review was not deleted -
She opted out so other punters will now fall into the same trap which will put them off punting for a while which will to the determent of the honest providers.
Thankfully there are more honest providers than dishonest ones with misleading profiles.
