I’ve never really taken to the online craic, never bought an item of clothing anywhere other than a shop anyway, it’s all about cutting staff out of the equation, online and self service tills, pay by card fuel pumps etc. If you needed something on the same day, an emergency, Xbox controller for one of the kids for example Argos was hard to beat

Been saying for years argos needed a better website. Still its a loss, was dead handy for some things being 2 minutes from work.
A casulty of brexit i assume??
Whats the bets currys follows shortly.
Sad to see them close. Alot of retail businesses are struggling now. overheads have increased hugely. Contracts/leases trying to be re-negotiated by suppliers/landlords.
This is especially true for local retailers. Support them if you can because they may not be there when you need them.
Gamestop also exiting this week.more jobs gone.
I have heard the argos staff are being looked after pretty well, at least thats something.

At 1.01 - "Argos is sort of like a shop... but much more like a bookie's"
