Some escorts I know pay tax. They should be exempt though, same as all religious institutions.

What taxes they pay is their own business.

I dont declare the money I spend on escorts, that is set aside before the tax man gets it and I have nothing to show for it only a smile.

Bluered99 I started the thread. It was only a thought I had. I was only interested to see if they had a way of paying tax if they wished to do so. It certainly wasn't meant to stir sh*te and some of the escorts have answered so it mustn't have been taken as a sh*te stirring post by them.

If they are living here I would imagine they would declare a certain amount just to keep the revenue off their backs , they can say they are entertainers etc . The ladies who fly in and out I would imagine don't. Of course if it was legalised like it should be we wouldnt have this problem and they would pay tax like most in the society.

Wouldn't agree with that. The thread is only do they pay, not how much. It is very advisable for everyone to be registered for tax and make returns, as the pandemic showed us with the PUP. Weather that is making tax returns here or in their home country.

The only exception IMO would be where this is only a part time occupation and they are already in the system, be it paying PAYE or receiving some form of social welfare.

How much income they declare is their own business.
