Brentford lose 3 in a row, bit of a crisis for them but most teams at the top had spells like this.. Reading lose to Middlesbrough, Bornemouth to QPR, its all to play for still

Nigel Pearson is back in management at least in the short term. He has been named as manager of Bristol City until the end of the season with the possibility of a full time contract after that. Pearson replaces Dean Holden who was sacked last week with the club in 15th place in the table after 7 defeats in a row.
    The Truth is out there.

Decent manager but an unlikable person, always squad problems wherever he is, not a people person that's for sure

Norwich beat Birmingham 3-1 tonight to go 10 points clear of Brentford at the top of the Championship table although the Canaries have played a game more than the London team. Bottom club Wycombe beat Reading 1-0 which is a blow to their playoff chances. Bristol City beat Middlesbrough by the same scoreline with their new manager Nigel Pearson watching from the stands. Notts Forest beat Rotherham 1-0, Derby beat Huddersfield 2-0 and Luton drew with Millwall 1-1.
    The Truth is out there.

Norwich will go up again , hopefully they can make a good attempt at staying up unlike last year.

    I think Watford might grab 2nd .

Be interesting to see the top 6 at the end of the season

Brentford are on a bad run at the moment

In the Championship tonight Brentford beat Sheffield Wednesday 3-0 to stay in 2nd place in the table on goal difference from Watford who beat Blackburn 3-2 away.
Swansea beat Coventry 1-0 to stay in 4th place but have 2 games in hand over the teams above them.
Cardiff are still unbeaten under Mick McCarthy after a 2-1 away win against Bournemouth which takes them into the play off places on goals scored.
Barnsley beat Stoke 2-0 which leaves the Yorkshire team a point below the play off places with a game in hand over most of the teams above them.
Preston drew with QPR 0-0 with both teams staying in mid table.
    The Truth is out there.

If McCarthy can keep up this form then Cardiff mightn't be a bad bet in the play-offs although a lot of times form goes out the window in the play-offs.
    Are we there yet ?

Derby drew 1-1 with their east Midlands neighbours Notts Forest tonight. The result leaves both teams in the bottom half of the Championship table and still not certain of avoiding relegation.
