Bournemouth beat the 10 Norwich players 3-1. Not the way the Canaries would have wanted to mark their return to the PL next season. The result boosts the Cherries` chances of a playoff place and they still have a slim chance of going up automatically.

Coventry beat Barnsley 2-0 today to move closer to safety from relegation and also deliver a blow to Barnsley`s chances of securing a playoff place. The Yorkshire team are now just 4 points ahead of Reading. Birmingham beat Rotherham 1-0 which moves the Midlands team close to safety and leaves the Yorkshire team still in the relegation places 4 points below Derby although they still do have games in hand over the Rams.

Big game for Norwich too as if they win they will claim the Championship title. Both teams surprisingly lost last weekend. I will go for the Canaries to win 2-1 this evening.

Watford beat Norwich 1-0 and now need just 3 more points to guarantee automatic promotion to the PL. The Canaries have now lost 2 home matches in a row since their own promotion was sealed last weekend. The Hornets could still overtake them to the Championship title.
Swansea lost 1-0 at home to QPR which realistically means they will have to settle for a playoff place at best.
Brentford drew 1-1 with Cardiff which keeps the London club on course for a playoff place.
Preston beat Derby 3-0 which leaves Wayne Rooney`s team in grave danger of dropping into the relegation places.
Sheffield Wednesday beat Blackburn 1-0 which still keeps their hopes of escaping relegation alive.

Bournemouth beat Millwall 4-1 this evening to move to within 1 point of sealing at least a playoff place and still in with a very slim chance of automatic promotion.
Barnsley beat Huddersfield 1-0 to move closer to guaranteeing a playoff place.
Reading drew 0-0 with Luton which leaves them likely to miss out on the playoffs.
Middlesbrough beat Rotherham 2-1 which keeps the Yorkshire team in the relegation places although they do have 2 games in hand over the teams above them.
Wycombe beat Bristol City 2-1 with an injury time penalty which keeps their remote chances of avoiding relegation alive for at least another few days.
Birmingham drew 1-1 with Notts Forest which leaves both teams still not certain of safety.
Coventry beat Stoke 3-2 which leaves them on the brink of safety.

Good win for Barnsley against Rotheram 1:0, Cardiff won 2:1 against Wycombe... Derby lose again, this time against Birmingham 2:1.. Could Rooney be relegated?

Good point.. But I think Brentford were unlucky last year and play interesting football, good to watch so hopefully they go up...
