Rotherham came from behind to beat QPR 3-1. They stay in the relegation zone but have a number of games in hand over the teams above them. QPR stay in mid table.

If Rotherham get points from those games in hand Coventry or Derby might find themselves slipping into the relegation zone. What will Rooney's future be next season ?

Some huge investor has made a bid for Derby so if they stay up I'd imagine they will be in the premier league for the 22/23 season. Time will tell

Coventry beat Rotherham 1-0 , and are close to being safe , going to be a brilliant relegation battle at bottom of championship

Well Wycombe and Sheffield Wednesday both look to be heading for relegation to League One with games fast running out for them to have any realistic chance of staying up. Rotherham still have 2 games in hand over the teams around them so they do still have a fighting chance of escaping the drop. There are 6 or 7 teams who could still be dragged back into the relegation battle.

On a worrying piece of news Owls manager Darren Moore is suffering from pneumonia triggered by his contraction of Covid-19. Moore said he had blood clots on the lungs and is in extreme discomfort. Hopefully he will make a full recovery.

Reading and Cardiff draw which doesn't help either of their chances getting into the playoffs.

Another defeat for Derby tonight beaten by Blackburn. They're now dangerously teetering above the relegation zone, only 4 points above Rotherham and they now have 3 games in hand. Gonna be a nervous few weeks for Rooney.

Norwich are straight back in the premier league, other results going in their favour.

The Canaries are now promoted and will be within 2 points of claiming the Championship title if they beat Bournemouth tonight. Anyway main target achieved and Daniel Farke`s team will return to the PL next season. A blow for Watford`s chances of automatic promotion after losing 1-0 to Luton.
Swansea drew 2-2 with Wycombe which keeps them in the playoff places, Brentford drew 0-0 with Millwall whicjh also keeps them in a playoff place, Huddersfield beat Notts Forest 2-0, QPR beat Middlesbrough 2-1, Sheffield Wednesday drew 1-1 with Bristol City which still leaves the Owls close to relegation. Stoke drew 0-0 with Preston.
