i pay a complient when its deserved. This is a business for these ladies and if they make that extra effort i think they should be recognised.
i always appreciate others in my working life thanking me particularily if the job is done right.
I have given negative reviews and surprise surprise the girls often opt out afterwards. Those reviews are then not visible on the site. This gives a false impression.

Have i got rewarded, possibly a bit of better GFE and a few interesting PM.

So I like to give then some recognition not that they need my help but I like to give then something back in return for the wonderful times they give me. i get fruit baskets delivered, plus 10% getting my nails done and soapy gets me a discount in her favourite tanning shop (get one bollock tanned, and get the other for free)

You dont do it for reward you do it when you genuinely like the person and want to share. These ladies are smart very very smart they will know when you are sucking up.
