Squaring Punting With a Religious Belief

Lads and ladies is it possible to square being a punter with religious belief? Personally, I think it is to an extent. The key thing is not exploiting another person!
I was quite annoyed in particular with Islam on punting, because under it (temporary marriage to facilitate punting aside), a sex worker cannot be buried on consecrated ground, whereas a punter and I have seen punters from that background can!
