Like I said after the hurling final, sometimes sport is cruel. Very tough on the mayo boys. Gave everything but a few still misses cost them dearly

They let it go , the old problems came back to haunt them.
They don't know how to win a final. When they conceded the goal you would have expected them to fold and Dublin to run away with it but fair play , they played themselves back in to it. An other team might have capitulated.
Game was well balanced and played well by both teams but when they scored the goal and then went 2 points up , they then again became the rabbit in the headlight syndrome and sat back and then Dublin came right back in to it.
An other team in that position would have know how to win except Mayo.
Dublin were beaten at that stage but fair play to them , they got a sniff at it, took their chance and won the game
Well played Dublin and that's why they are the Champions

Well done to the Dubs. Mayo gave the Dubs their toughest test so far this year. But Dublin didn't panic and took their chance at the very end. Three in a row Yippee!!!!

Why they stood off the kick outs in the second half is beyond me but there ya go.
They just didn't have the heart and desire to win the game in the last 10 mins.
    No they don't tbh.
I believe if Kerry were there at the end 2 points up, they would have finished the game.
It must be a dream of a manager to be playing Mayo in a final, as you know they will freeze in the last 5-10 minutes.
All you have to do is tell your team to keep pushing , cause Mayo will freeze and then you have them

Well he was the only contender to Joe , can't see an other Waterford player winning for a second year in a row without winning an all Ireland. Not when Galway won everything this year .
    What you think ?
He did win the Sunday game version
