Something actual and timely: Do you like pancakes? Course you do , everyone loves them.Let us interchange the stuff inside:
Get some oat and put into a jug or a food processor and blend it till it becomes flour.( I always have some in a jar, good stuff for many things.
So
1 cup of oat flour
1 cup of milk or milk substitute ideally almond, hazelnut, coconut, rice milk they make much much nicer
1 egg
3 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
2 tbsp of stevia( naturally occurring calorie free sweetener( Tesco brand cheaper))
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp of olive oil
few drops of apple juice
Mix it and fry pancakes
it is absolutely delicious with some cinnamon & apple & blueberry or peanut butter and pure cocoa powder
All you eat is the purest carbs the purest protein & the purest fat and a lot of antioxidant( cinnamon,blueberry)

I don't see the point in swapping everything... if you want something that much then just have it and work towards it. I was pretty good with my eating last week and that meant when I was a bit naughty this weekend it tasted so much better. I'm back to being good now Obviously, given that it's pancake day I will be indulging later, but other than that I'm doing well I just don't like the idea of swapping all of the flavours so that I can have a substituted treat.
I never see girls like that in the gyms I go to! That's just like a glossy magazines image of the type of girls that go to gyms. Not the reality.You usually see those types at the pub at the weekend rather than the gym! Nothing wrong with girls with curves or more realistic shapes. At least they don't have the attitude towards you that their too good for you and look at you if you were something at the bottom of the shoe. yeah girls sweaty asses and tits bouncing around and those stretches fuck me,does get the testosterone flowing and heart racing all right I think you do lift harder in the gym because of it obviously your blood is flowing to your muscles in the gym though so its in her head haha but when you get home after 2 hours your so horny but you have to switch it off when your lifting or you could drop a weight on yourself haha

Its not true, there are many fitness instructors,models have 2-3 kids with this body!
A friend of mine went through an amazing transformation last year or so, she was very skinny, but in a years time put on about 5-6kgs of pure muscle, not only hard work in gym huge dedication, motivation in the eating side!
Now she's overdoing it with growing hormones, now its wrong, but who am i to judge anyone!
Fitness models have amazing body id agree!
And most of them only 'looks like a men' in training for competition which is about 6-8weeks before, beside that they are nicely toned, but defo not looking like a men!
