Something similar happened to me.
I used to visit this girl every time she passed my way. Then about 2 months ago, I got sick when she passed through so didn't contact her. Next time she passed by she totally ignored me. Now, maybe it was a coincidence & she wouldn't have seen me again anyway (but trust me I wasn't getting attached), but I just thought it was a little petty on her part. Tried contacting her twice & after that moved on(it's all you can do really).........Shame though as she was very nice!!
