No its not.... Ugly is ugly and beautiful is beautiful.. This eye of the beholder shit is something I have a problem with. Unless you are constructing a package of personality. looks and wit to define beauty, you are evading what is commonly accepted as good-looking and ugly. As Mer points out, we cannot choose at birth if we are good looking or ugly. So unfortunately if born ugly then you are ugly. Its only rude or nasty if said to the persons face.
