Maybe they are checking to see if you are online at that time, and what is your current activity.. this is something that changes all the time.. I know I look at this part whenever I check out a ladies page.. whenever I see Viewing User Profile, I always go back to my profile to see if I'm getting a visit from them, but rarely is the case..

Also is the reason some guy said already, they may just be leaving a link on your page that leads the person looking at your page to their page.. just a form of advertisement.. internet is just load of connections really..
