You should be more worried about the anonymous "tony231" accounts that visit your profiles with no forum posts as opposed to a fellow escort. It's a profile. Nothing more. You can change the settings so others can't see whatever you don't want them to see.

And you do know that the "last visits to your profile" works in alphabetical order, yes? Someone's name can stay on the last visitor announcement for a day or two, even if they only visited it once.
