An apartment in a good location! There are some parts of the city I would not visit an Escort in!

For me an apartment, in a discreet location with good parking. Doesn't have to be a Penthouse, but preferably clean and in a good area.

As many of the others have said, discretion is key to any location; the punter needs to be able to get both in and out of the hotel or apartment complex with as little hassle as possible, with as little possibility of arousing suspicion, and hopefully be able to both enter as well as initially find the place with clear and precise directions. I'm not one to typically prefer one type of place over another, so long as the ability to be discreet about your entry and exit is not hampered by the location itself or bad/complicated directions.

I know a few ladies have saved exact directions as a template in their phones so they can send them on when a booking is confirmed. I have received a few of these over the years, and always thought of them of them as a great idea, as it helped tremendously in finding out-of-the way locations.

I don't like hotels unless I'm far from home and on holiday. Most times I would be dressed for work (Clean but not sunday best) and would not easily fit in in a hotel enviroment. I've always felt comfortable punting in rathmines area, flatland, nobody knows anybody, cum and go as you please, also I know the area very well from my student days,

Location is very important to me. I'm a lazy ass, so don't want to have to travel too far. D1 & D2 are pretty much my preferred options. I am also nervous going to a part of town that I don't know well, and sweat about things like where to park, etc.. So I tend to stick to girls in my preferred locations.

As to the luxury of an apartment....I'm a snob, so it does matter!! It wouldn't prevent me returning to see a girl if her apartment was less celubrious, as long as it's clean and easy to access. However, I have been with some fabulous ladies in really nice apartments/settings, and the whole ambience just enhances the experience.
