This is a forum for adults, used by adults. It should be a given that we all know the risks behind sexually transmitted diseases and the risk of pregnancy, and as many of you know already, we have a zero-tolerance to people requesting bare-back (i.e. unprotected) sex.
Why are we bringing this up here? Simple. Many men are casually seeking the services of bare-back sex and this seems to be on the increase. There are also escorts out there that are offering this service for an extra few euros, fortunately not many that we are aware of on this website, but generally in the world of the sex industry.
Let us list some of the main issues surrounded by unprotected sex:
1) Pregnancy:
It goes without saying that having unprotected sex could result in your offspring being born. Not only that, but if a woman is pregnant and continues to have unprotected sex with other people and she contracts a sexually transmitted disease, that could affect the child's development.
True story: I know a young woman that had contracted gonorrhea during her pregnancy. This resulted in her child being born blind and was treated for meningitis.
Think becoming a parent unexpectedly is bad? How about having to take care of one with a severe disability as a result of a bit of skin-on-skin pleasure?
2) HIV/AIDS:
"Ah, it will never happen to me!" - Famous last words.
In 2009, the population of Ireland was 4.5 million. The number of people in Ireland in 2009 living with AIDS was 6,900.

3) Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD)

Chlamydia
"Chlamydia is one of the most common sexually transmitted infections (STIs), particularly amongst teenagers and young adults. It's caused by bacteria and is spread by having unprotected sex -- vaginal, anal, or oral -- with someone who is infected, even though they may not have any symptoms."
Note: this can be passed on ORALLY too, so bear that in mind!
Genital Herpes

There are two types of Genital Herpes:
- Type 1 - generally causes sores on or near the mouth (cold sores).
- Type 2 - usually causes sores on the genitals.
Once infected, a person becomes a carrier for life. There is no known cure."
