I think 'BB Sex' is on the increase. I would occasionally get a call asking if it was available. Now the calls are all too frequent. It's the same for many other ladies.

Just as a matter of interest, the first time I EVER used a condom was with an escort 10 years ago. When I was a young lad condoms were heard of but never used... How times change.
Heather I would have thought that the friction and vigorous movement involved in vaginal/anal sex where damaged skin may come in contact with damaged skin puts this category of BB at the higher end of the risk scale.
Oral sex on the other hand is less abrasive and is considered to carry a much lesser risk factor.
BB with an escort would be a big No No.. Its never actually been offered to me.. However BB ( and I mean vaginal intercourse) would be very acceptable to me from socially active girls that I might know or be aquainted with locally. For example if I shifted a lady at a local wedding and bareback was on offer I'd be straight in. When I was a younger man BB was the norm. Condoms were seldom used and rarely available. Most girls when they hit their late teens went on the pill. If not they asked you to ' pull out in time'..The big scare back then was pregnancy not STD's..

The ignorance that exists whereby some people see OWO as almost risk free. I never get it when people are up in arms about BB activities, yet find OWO perfectly acceptable.

So 1 in 5 of the posters here have been offered BareBack sex in either this country or abroad, that's a lot more than I feel comfortable with yet I'm not shocked by the figures, looks like reverse oral is off the menu for me and I even may start asking for covered oral even when OWO is offered..

( I'm from IRL but am now based in the US & my observations reflect this..but something tells me that IRL is very similar)...
I've been offered BB Full Service* from escorts on two occasions- & turned it down although I'd be first to admit one time I was very tempted- which I'd propose is why it's a good idea to have clear set boundaries going onto any escort interaction.
We're all adults on here & anyone with a brain needs to inform themselves of the risks. The prevalence of BBFS is much higher than most punters are prepared to admit, on the forum I mainly frequent over here, the topic is a hot potato - but it's clear that it's going on regularly in some quarters, there was a recent case of a girl here in the North East who was featured in a documentary- she's Hep C+..and is still doing BB greek GBs!!! People regularly do insane things - so let's not stick our heads in the sand.
Apart from BBFS, condoms break/leak etc, any regular punter needs to get STD tested twice a year.
