Trying to post a review from a month ago as lady left following day before I could post it

a review can only be submitted on an active profile
so if she deactivated her profile before you had the opportunity to post it then I guess that would be the reason

Think there's a cut off point of 3/4 weeks to leave a review, otherwise lads would go months before putting one up

You have only 1 month to post the review since the date of the encounter.
After that time has past, you can not review anymore.
