I thanked the guy again 😄 Also added that the positive/neutral/negative distinction instead of the thirty(!) stars seems to incentivize boys to rely more on their vocabulary instead of passive-aggressive star reduction by carefully avoiding the explanation that defeats the purpose of reviewing.

It seems like some people are afraid of repercussions if they are more honest in reviews, that's why they rather not leave any when they weren't entirely happy, or write an absurdly positive one with mysteriously missing stars and thumbs.
