Is it part of the "respect" when the text of the review is perfect, but many stars are missing? What's the psychology there?

Some of these are baffling - amazing, stunning woman, exceptional service, one of the best I've ever had a chance to visit, can't wait to return = 3 or 4 stars max in each category, like wtf? The only way to get 5 stars from this sort is the escort pay him for the privilege of his company?
