I second , third and whatever that to the enth. Dick is kind. There's one line in that review that allows him to literally get away with it, but he's clearly cute enough to include it. To me abusive personality is a more apt phrase. Sabotages a meeting, by not holding his end up in an agreement and then tries to pass the blame on to someone else and damage their reputation in the process.
