    Strange way to phrase it.

    Get a bulb, nozzle or whatever. Fill it with luke warm water. Put it up your bum. Squeeze. Sit on toilet for a minute and let the water out. Repeat till water is clean. Not a very pleasant experience and I like things going up there.
