I noticed this walking on a street I usually don't drive along but it caught my eye and had to circle back. It led to a basement on a Georgian house. I wonder if you mount on this upper street!

lol, I was passing through Ranelagh in Dublin one morning and noticed a series of windows with red curtains hung on them, basement level but accessible from externally.
I was thinking, is there a red light district here no one has mentioned?
Anyways, maybe there was one time but they ultimately turned out to be residences for students or something.
