    Default 2024

    2023 was, well the same as any other year for me. Same shit, another cycle. And I'm probably far from alone in that too. There's an awful lot of shit going on in the world today. And I'm not talking about the stuff we see every day in the news. There's an awful lot going on in the shadows as well, things most people are completely oblivious to. Evil is more alive and well today than it ever has been in human history, from all fronts. I'm weary from it all to be honest. Most days I feel like packing in the job and staying in bed. Hardly seems worth it to try anymore, it's hard to try and find much hope nowadays for the future. Still, we'll press on I suppose.

    So with that being said, and the new year fast approaching... here's to 2024 being an improvement.

    Also: I dare you to find a wee creature cuter than this little guy.

    Hopefully there won't be a return of looting in Dublin City.

    It was 1916 since that had happened in Ireland from what i gather! 107 years is a long time.

    This guy is cute but I can’t get his attention

    Something about 2024 feels like it’ll be a significant year, for good or bad. Time will tell.

    Ooohh , don’t say that !!

    A nice boring year would be Nice !

    In last 4 years we had Pandemic ++ , Putin’s War and energy crisis , skyrocketing cost of living ,

    the World going to hell in a hand basket , now Gaza - Israel and US / EU complicit , sea freight

    hijacked and sea shipping lanes closed , now a Western alliance picking a war with Houthis instead of

    having Israel withdraw and bring an end to the killings ; the world is on the precipice of full-out MiddleEast war ;

    A Nice Boring Year with a proper summer ☀️ would suit me just so well !!! X
    I do what I want. I cannot do otherwise.

    As a relatively "Newbie", although with well established reviews since 2017! (with wonderful replies from the escorts) this thread has made me realise I'm not the only one with the same sentiments, albiet I'm now retired from work, hence my joining with somewhat reliance on this Community forum that gets me out out bed - my new hobby!!! I'm learning to take it all with a pinch of salt and whatever the result, mainly in replying to interesting posts from seasoned contributers, I shall strive to continue and fathom the in-depth logic of it all - beats Wordle or Quordle/Suduko any day!!! I do hope I'm not "ingratiating" myself too much, but think it's becoming obvious - cat does not communicate very well unless he's hungry! Oh well - onto the next EOTM and I've been correct in predicting a few over the years - no exclamation mark needed.

    I'll settle for that, although now and again I do get the odd surprise from enlightened and intelligent punters on this forum who has a story to tell. Final thougt - this period would would not be complete without watching a "Bond" film and who should pop up but Pierce Brosnan in Havanna - my favourite place - Hasta la Vista!!!

    Foreigners seem to like it, they don't mind paying up.

    But I would rather get something that's not a copy.
