West Brom have to play Huddersfield away and QPR at home. Brentford play Stoke away and Barnsley at home. Also Leeds play Barnsley at home tomorrow, then Derby away and finally Charlton at home. Fulham play Sheffield Wednesday at home and Wigan away.

Charlton play Birmingham this evening, Lee Bowyer managing Charlton , but has had an interview for Birmingham managers job I wonder where his priorities lie

Brentford beat Preston 1-0 which is a massive result putting them just a point behind West Brom and with a better goal difference than both the Baggies and Leeds and they could yet snatch automatic promotion. Preston still have a slight chance of getting a playoff place. Elsewhere Bristol City draw with Stoke 1-1 which puts the Potters 5 points clear of the relegation places and leaves Bristol City`s playoff hopes hanging by a thread. At HT Notts Forest are losing 2-1 to Swansea and Birmingham are drawing 0-0 with Charlton.

Forest draw 2-2 with Swansea which means that neither team are sure of a playoff off place. Birmingham draw 1-1 with Charlton which means that the London club are still hovering just above the relegation places while Birmingham are on the brink of safety.

Leeds v Barnsley today in a Yorkshire derby and a meeting of top v bottom of the table. A Leeds win will see them move to within a point of automatic promotion while Barnsley need anything they can get if they want to escape being relegated. I take Leeds to win 3-1.
