The oldest person in ireland was 109 yesterday. What a great age to get to and still be able to get around. Some changes since she was born. What will things be like in another 109 years?

On this day in 1999 Manchester United won the Champions League beating Bayern Munich 2-1 in the final in Barcelona.

1-0 down in stoppage time United scored twice through Teddy Sheringham and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to famously stun the Germans.

It completed an historic "Treble" having won the Premier League and FA Cup also.

    I remember it well.

Awh poor bayern, wouldn't your heart go out to them, ha ha. Better late than never. It looked over as it went into stoppage time.
