Cant see a law coming in before next year. Itll be a race before May when the elections due. If there was a new government (FF SF) then that would set the laws back, although SF with Mary Lou would go all out with her own legislation. But if FG stay in power id say the laws will be in by end of next year - thats conservative. My money is on it coming in March next year

Last election was in Feb 2011. Five years are up in Feb 2016. Election will have to be Jan or early Feb. With a "give away" budget in Oct and most things coming into effect in Jan 2016, nice time for FG/Lab. New laws: end of 2016.
