I can see why some good escorts would opt out, that really is up to them.
Speaking for myself, I do not visit escorts that are opted out.
One of the things that I look for on the profile is whether reviews are allowed or not. If no reviews allowed then the bigger head overrules the smaller head. I may lose out on meeting some exceptional ladies but there is also the risk of meeting someone who could disappoint.
