I've have read here it's not an offence to pay for sex and it's not an offense to be in a brothel.

Sex with a trafficked person, underage, or running a brothel is an offence.

Therfore a client has usually not committed an offense.

Can this be clarified by a mod please as it's useful information?

In my experience and from what I have heard , whether there is 1 girl or 10 in an apartment, generally the client is left alone. Of course you will always get the odd twat Garda,but you as a client have done nothing illegal.
