That has happened to me and I totally understand — unless I make a positive appointment how can I expect a lady to refuse another client who has a definite time and will will turn up!
I prefer to book at least a day in advance but sometimes I am unable to pin point an exact time — this is my problem, not the lady who I am looking to see. Should I lose the appointment slot it is down to my indecision — not that she does not want to see me!

I treat every client the same whether they have reviewed me or not, that's their choice. Unless they have previously wasted my time etc then I don't even offer them an appointment. If someone reviews me, it's a nice gesture & I see no point in not seeing them again, why would anyone refuse business from someone that they know is a genuine client?

I haven't found that to be the case at all. Yes i only have 1 reveiw but i find my experiences with that lady just keep getting better! And she always makes sure that i leave very happy!!
