No it's not free to play online on the ps4. You have to pay €50 for playstation plus. I already have that though and it is pretty good. You get discounts on the store and free games

Microsoft won't be getting my money this gen. Sony hasn't got enough games for me to fork out for the PS4 either but I will be getting it at some point. When depends on what kind of exclusives they have.

I was a xtravision the other day and saw someone had a shit fit that despite having preordered the ps4 that there will the lack of consoles come launch and having a preorder may not be of much use.
