Thanksfor your comment, not sure how my client turning up a smelly bastard and not taking a shower when I asked him to is anything to do with me smiling an being in a good mood etc. I had my other clients before him and was in a happy mood sice they showed up clean and polite. It's a 2 way street. Obviously my mood is gonna change when I get a bad client like that. Perhaps your more experienced or more assertive than me?
