I think i'd rather have no manger than that!! He only has one game plan no matter what way the game is going, and this to make about 3 subsitutions between 55 and 70 min, one of them being the outhalf!!

To give him his dues Kidney did deliver the Grand Slam for the first time in decades, but he relies to heavily on players that aren't up to the job - O'Callaghan for one and putting Keith Earls at centre WTF!

Just a question of who'll be in the running, Mike Ruddock to step up?

We have issues all over the park, the scrum was a shambles this year, i'm not sure why as the guys there can do it for their clubs. The second row is weak as well, O'Callaghan is shite and i'm not sure we can relay on O'Connell, he's a bit injury prone and past his best by a few years!! O'Driscoll and darcy are also well past their best. So there's a lot to look at.
Its not the nice cushy number kidney inherited!!

They have left the interim manager besause i'd say their working on either schmidt or Conor O'Shea. Both under contract with both their clubs, but contracts are their to be bought out!!
