You're right, Amsterdam it certainly is not, but with a little awareness of the scene you can get whatever you want there.
Montpelier and Abour Hill areas were never that great, and the campaign you refer did nothing to help, in as much as it virtually killed-off the scene, but on the other side is where you get the action.
As recently as last week I sat there for about 15mins with no sign of action, debating whether to pack it in, when eye-contact was made with a very nice CLEAN little blond girl. She passed by, went around the corner and returned. A very discreet nod from her and I leaned over and opened the door. She asked 80euros for a suck and I agreed. However, she sucked so brilliantly I offered her another 120euros to come back to the hotel for an hour, which she did.

As you pass through the area daily I'm sure you know a lot more than I do, and you see it all happening, or not. I'm in the area, at most, once a month, so I'm not really qualified to talk - I don't even remember how I got drawn into this - but I do know that occasionally I like to cruise and select.

The girl you describe sounds a bit like 1 I picked up about 4 months ago, and to be honest, she was barely in the car when I realised I'd made a mistake, so I told her I only would do business if she had a flat, which I assumed she hadn't, and simply drove around the block and dropped her back where I got her, being called some choice names as I did so.
