In my view The following actions are required
RAT all there reviews and ban them.

I think the way it's going, first time reviewers just can't be trusted even if they are genuine.

You only have to search briefly through some escorts to find that all positive reviews are first time reviewers. It's very discouraging when you get the Horn for an escort only to read a load of crap reviews that are clearly fake.
