Advert Forums Rules

- Only current paying advertisers can create threads in the Advert forums (except the Non-Advertiser Adverts forum where anyone may post). Current paying advertisers are escorts with an active profile because they are currently advertised or due to arrive in a city within 3 days. If you are a current paying advertiser but cannot post in the Advert forums, this is probably because your usergroup is not Escort Advertiser. Please login to the Advertiser Area and add your message board username to your profile, also ensuring your client email address there and in your User CP here match. Once you have done this your usergroup will automatically change to Escort Advertiser within 1 hour. Please contact Ad Staff if you have any difficulty doing this. Please note that your message board ID must be shown on the escort profile, as this creates a link to show that you are an advertiser and this will display a heart symbol next to your profile name.

- DUOs
Advertising Options / Rules

1. Escort 1 and Escort 2 are linked via duo on singe profile - Escort 1 and / or Escort 2 can advertise duo service on advert forum as a single profile BUT both profiles must be active to be allowed otherwise reference to DUO service will be edited out by EI. One advert is allowed per day per profile.
2. DUO profile can be used to advertise one advert per day when active. If there is reference to the single profiles in the DUO advert then this is ok, as long as the relevant single profiles are active. If they are not, then this will be edited out by EI staff from the DUO advert.
Note: This is separate from the escorts single profiles, and they can advertise via their single profiles too in accordance with the rules.
3. Couples must only advertise via a couples profile and one advert is allowed per day. If the individuals from the couple wish to advertise separately then they must do via single profiles. Reference to their couples profile can be referenced if active from the single profiles and vice versa.

Therefore single profiles can advertise at the same time as DUO profiles as long as they are all active and there is only 1 advert per profile per day.
If there are advertisements in the non-advertisement section then it is 1 advert per profile per week.
Therefore if escorts choose to have two singles and a DUO profile , yes it will be a higher cost, but they will be able to advertise on 3 profiles, and its keeping to the 1 advert per profile and this should be seen as fair.
It is the escorts responsibility to ensure that these rules are adhered to. Warnings and Infractions will be issued if you don't follow the rules and repeated offences will lead to temporary bans.

- Non advertisers may only post in the Non-Advertiser Adverts forum. Any posts to the non-advertising forum will immediately be placed in a queue for moderation, and will only be activated should the post conforms to the rules of the non-advertising forum (see next point below). Active advertisers may post in the appropriate advert forum and posts will not require moderation unless their profile is not active.

- Non advertisers may not post phone numbers or personal email addresses. For legal reasons phone numbers cannot be posted on this message boards, unless the phone number is that of an E-I current paying advertiser. Personal email addresses may not be included in the adverts unless you are a paying E-I advertiser, and any messages should be used through the E-I Personal Messaging (PM) system.

- Non advertisers may not post a link to their website unless their website has a frontpage link back to E-I. You can get E-I banners and link codes here.

- Current paying advertisers are allowed to post a maximum of one advert per day in the Adverts forums. Please choose a forum that is appropriate for your advert i.e. Do not post in the Female Escort Agencies forum if you are an independent male escort! Please note it is one advert per day over the entire Adverts forums i.e. Do not create threads in both the Female Independent Escorts and the Fetish Services forums on the same day. Duos/Couples/Agencies: It is one advert per day only for you too, not one each, or one for every escort in the agency! Please note that the days no longer run 24 hours from the time of the post, but now run from the time of the post to the end of the calender day; this means if a post is added at 3.00 pm, you may post again any time after midnight into the following day. With regards to an escort paying to advertise for the day, please note that this same rule applies, and that the time of payment does no longer activate a profile for 24 hours, but until the end of the calender day. Please note, escorts cannot advertise for one day only, they can only add to a three/seven day profile activation before the account is suspended. Should an escort require an extension for one day, the E-I team need to be notified before 12 pm (noon) on the final day of the advertising period at the very latest to enable the admin team to process.

- Non advertisers are allowed to post a maximum of one advert per week in the Non-Advertiser Adverts forum.

- In order to prevent bumping and hijacking of threads in the Advert forums, they cannot be replied to. Clients who wish to respond to an advertisement should contact the relevant escort by PM, phone or email.

- Adverts cannot be deleted or edited (You may edit your advert within 5 minutes of posting it in order to correct any initial mistake you may have made). If you need to edit or remove your advert thread after that, you may click on the exclamation mark symbol on it to “Report Post”, and a moderator or member of staff will be able to remove or edit the advert for you.

- We allow Irish escort and select escort industry relevant adverts only. We do not allow adverts for foreign escorts, other escort directories, adult shops, swingers, dating, porn or other adult websites. In the interest of the safety and wellbeing of our industry, we strictly do not allow adverts for any illegal activity e.g. underage sex workers, drugs e.g. Viagra, pregnant or otherwise vulnerable escorts or bareback / unsafe sex. We also do not allow recruitment advertisements from agencies which are not paying E-I advertisers or any adverts for services aimed at escorts, e.g. apartments to let, security, driver, photographer, web designer etc unless you have special permission from an Administrator (who will ask you for your company details).

- Warnings, Infraction and Banning. Users, whether paying current E-I advertisers or not, found to be posting adverts in inappropriate forums, in excess of the limits or otherwise breaking advert rules will be given a warning or infraction. An infraction is a formal warning. Others cannot see your infraction, only you and E-I staff / community helpers can see it. Each infraction expires after 30 days. If you have 3 or more current infractions, you will automatically be banned for 1 week. Most breaches of rules in the Adverts forums result in an infraction but serious incidents may result in an immediate ban. If you believe another user is breaking advert rules and not being challenged, please click on the exclamation mark symbol on the offending post to “Report Post”, and a moderator or member of staff will look at the advert and decide if action needs to be taken.

- The software no longer counts deleted adverts. Previously if a moderator or staff member deleted an advert thread, the escort could not post another one for 24 hours, as the system was counting the deleted advert for that day. Now it does not do this and the escorts can post another advert thread immediately. We think this is fairer as sometimes adverts are deleted for various reasons like accidental breach of rules, and it is not appropriate to 'punish' that escort by allowing him/her to put up another advert up that day, which is what the old software was doing (this shouldn't benefit escorts who repeatedly misbehave, as we already have warnings/infractions/ban systems in place to punish escorts who repeatedly break the rules, and they will be dealt with through these procedures). In case this change doesn't prove to be beneficial we have the option to go back to counting deleted adverts available to us within the new software.
