Like i said before about goodbye/congrats threads a simple answer don't like them don't read them...simple really.Nobody is forcing you or any others to read threads that you don't like so there is no need to whinge and complain about them.

The problem with that statement, and Luther's earlier post, is that you have to read the thread to know what it is about.
This is a public forum where people are 'free' to express an opinion. How can anyone know whether they are going to like the full contents of a thread, if they don't read it???

Maybe Bhoywonder's response was a bit OTT, but he is entitled to an opinion, the same as everyone else here. It's not an opinion I share, but it is his opinion.
