Thread: How to post a picture...........

It's come to my attention that there are a number of members here that would like to know how to post pictures in their posts.........

There are 2 ways to do this.......

Images can be posted from another website, or, thay can be uploaded from your PC..........

If you want to upload an image from another site, click on the upload image icon (see attachment below) and copy and paste (see link below on how to do this) the url of the image (see attachment below) into the box (see attachment below) and click ok and them post as normal.......

If you want to upload an image from your PC, you can add it as an attachment.........

Click the attachments icon, (see attachment below) then browse your PC files for the image you want to upload, select the image, and click upload. (see attachment below)

You need to make sure the image is saved on your PC in a format that this site allows to be uploaded. This has been expanded recently so you shouldn't really have a problem. I find saving images as jpegs works best........

I don't think I'm very good on computers myself, but if you have any problems or questions please post them here and I'm sure someone will be able to help.........

You could also use this thread to try and post pictures. If it's not working I'll have a look at it and see if I can see why..........

but if i add a pic from the net using url how do you control the size of the pic

mond the pic you had to delete for me luther it was huge
