I have a cut like lession between my scrumtum & tigh its hot a painfull red rash around it.

i bet your skin is just rubbing and causes the area to get irritated.I doubt very much you have an STD.

Sounds like friction to me and the rash is simply a skin irritation. Try using some savlon cream 3 times a day and some Caldesene powder two or three times a day. The cream will prevent an infection and the medicated powder will keep the area dry to prevent more irritation. If symptoms get worse or are still the same in 3 days go to your local GP but I think you will be fine..

the skin is rubbing together and irritating causing a rash.I would be less worried about the issue and more worried about studying STDs for the time being.
