BT were caught recently spying on their users without their permission. Household name acting like this, illegally, total disregard for the data protection act. If they are doing it then how can you know its safe?

BT were able to do what they did because they were people's ISP. Even if we wanted to, we could not collect personal info like people's names, addresses etc, just because they browsed our website!

They do offer a good service though, and its nice and tidy to work with. I can see why you would choose them. The point i'm making is they could use the data without you knowing.

But i'm guessing you read the terms and conditions, and have checked all the boxes. I dont like it but i had to ask.
