It may be that you have opted not to use 'GMT' and 'automatically detect DST' for some reason. These are the defaults when you register, but people can change the options if they wish.

When you click the link to send the message and click send you get the same error message!!
You can however submit a Quick reply, also the forum looks shite (I think thats a technical term LOL)
